Transplant help with 3 week old plants

I think my girl is suffering from transplant shock and a little bit of over watering. They are under a Mars Hydro FC-E 3000 at 75 percent power. They are about 3 weeks old from when the seed sprouted from the soil. Littlest is about 2 weeks. I just transplanted her into her new pot maybe a week or week and a half ago. She’s still drooping like this. Part of me feels like she’s too big for this pot. If I transplant her again will she die? All 3 are pure indica photoperiods. Kosher Kush to be exact.

What size is that pot? Looks like you transplanted to a pot that’s to small or will be in a matter of days.
The pot she was in is the same size pot as the little one on the pic. Her new pot was a tad bit bigger. I was listening to a friend but I told her I wanted to transplant into a little bigger one but she said I was going too fast and would hurt the plant putting her into a large pot.

Get a 3gal pot minimum. You should also back the light off a little. Do you have a light meter?
No. I just went by the recommended intensity from Mars. They were getting kinda big so I pushed the light up from 50 percent to 75 and was just going to go the rest of Veg with it at 75 then push it to 100 for flower. Can I transplant her again tomorrow into a 3 gallon fabric pot?

I would go ahead and move to a bigger pot. You can download a light meter app from the App Store. I’d be running at 20K - 25K lux on a plant of that size and age. I bet you’ll find your light is hitting it with much more right now. Slow down and don’t rush or over mother them. They’ll be fine.

What’s the name of the app

It stays at a consistent high 70s in my tent. I have a fan going full blast in there to kinda circulate and push some hot air out so it doesn’t get too hot
Is that an ocilating fan? You do want a constant flow on the plant. Think wind burn.
