Hi all. It’s nice to find you here and I’ve learned a lot just reading through the forum on the questions I was googling.
I think I may have trouble. I found and just pulled some brown sugar leaves from a couple bud sites. The plant is not healthy at all. It hasn’t been since early on. They came as 4 clones. I inspected inside the bud a little and didn’t see any issues. Is this a definite sign of bud rot? How do i make sure i find it all if so? It’s been an extremely wet, cloudy, humid season here in upstate NY (Albany area). I did no real pruning other than pulling off a few larger fan & yellow leaves (I know). There have been dried leaves falling from inside for a while. HELP! I don’t want to lose it all.

Some leaves naturally die. I usually trim leaves multiple times throughout veg and flowering. Without close ups it’s really hard to gauge your situation. Are you adding nutrients as well?
I have literally done nothing. The guy who gave me the clones said to leave them alone. I have since learned more but did all that after the fact. I didn’t prepare at all. The soil he left me and two smaller pots are what the really sickly ones are in. He even transplanted those two. The other 2 i transplanted, (first time) and seem to be in in a better soil I was told had everything I’d need etc.. No food or bud boost. I’ve known for some time my yield was not going to be what I had in my head. The buds aren’t getting that big really. A few. Strangely, on the sicker plants. Could it al be ruined? I’m so angry. I saw it in the day and now I can’t do anything but wait.
Thanks for the reply.

I did pull off yellowing and some green fan leaves here and there. Not really a lot 5-6 at a time maybe.

It's time to feed them.
They need a very light feed if you want to keep going on the organic side. It needs a single feed and recharge to re-activate the soil.
Else, give it a light feed once a week.

If it was bud rot the leaves would have just slipped out? I did have to pull them. I will inspect it first thing in the morning. I just put them on back porch (has a roof) to prevent dew for tonight. They’re a little wet. Afraid to shake them if there are spores but I didn’t see anything, no powdery stuff and on quick look nothing in the bud. What should I feed them.
Thanks for your help!

Ideally you would have had the organic amendments ready already.
Recharge and Fish Sh!T, both products to re-activate the soil.
If you get both of those you can give them some coffee grounds and some worm castings to hold them over till the organics kick in.
Thank you. I will look into all of that ASAP tomorrow. I’m really freaked out I don’t know if it’s trash or not. I was moving freely between them all. If there are spores I sent them everywhere.

Do you know if any of them are males?
Got them as clones. All girls. Have been watching for herm signs since I know my care or lack of, along with the season we’re having has been stressful and likely very shocking. You can see there is stunted growth on the 2.

I don’t but I can do what you just said. I have a fish emulsion but I’m pretty sure you said fish shit. I will find it. Worm castings? Fish store? As far as coffee grounds, sorry to be so novice & attempting this but fresh or used? How much?
1/16 cup of used coffee grounds.
Fish Emulsion is fine. Add 1/8 cup of that.
Blend with water until it is all liquified.
Feed all the plants.

Almost forgot, worm castings should be at any decent grow store or nursery.
4 table spoons of that added to the above mix.

It looks like you are getting close to harvest.
I know some who already have but not what they grew. I’m maybe 15-20% red pistils. In this area of NY I was seeing first ones in like mid July. Some extend our outdoor season into 1st 2nd week of October. But I’m just flying blind. I know not to let them all go red. That’s about it. Are they just maturing and done growing?
