Alot of rain lately. Had to cover her up a few times with a tarp. Lost a few tops from thunderstorms these last couple weeks. Haven't encountered pm or rot somehow. Fingers crossed till mid October.

So I had yet another plant break this morning.. my GG plant broke completely apart to the point where I had to chop 3 of the main branches just so I could prop the plant back up to help save her. Didn't take a pic when it happened cause I was panicking, she's in her last two weeks of flower though as she's started getting incredibly heavy and dense and the trichs are getting cloudy so I'm not too bummed out by this. Here's some pictures of one of the 3 branches I had to chop.

the crazy windstorm that caused this incident is still currently ongoing and it is so scary looking at my plants being tossed around by the wind.. thankfully this was the only plant that suffered, the rest are doing a-okay!

We had a 12ft plant sorta explode from the inside out during a mild storm last month....bout half of it is still growing...heh....she wasnt supported well tho either...

@OldFarmer so is that Shisk.... Shiskeberry?....looks good man...
Don't see use of lines like M39 anymore....Thats good to see and curious if you see more of the Basic5(believe that was a NL?..refered to as a short squat Indica) or Sk#1 in the pheno types?....
Ive run Shiske before and that looks like a Shiske pheno....is the 99 c99?....just curious
power to it

Anyone ever had a little bud rot on outside of the bud but inside looks healthy?

I noticed two buds with a tiny bit of rot on top and I assumed when I dove in it would be a ball of brown and grey mush but to my surprise it was green and healthy on the interior.

I was always told rot starts at the stem so I'm a little confused lol

Yeah I usually find bud rot on the outside, and if I don't catch it then it will progress to the inside... I'm sure there is a type of rot that starts in the stem, but the gray mold I usually see seems to always start outside where the spores catch or something else, like a bug or leaf, gets stuck and starts to decompose. This is why it's important to look them over and remove debris and dying leaves as often as possible.

This thread rocks! Really nice pics all around.
I'm new in these parts, I started my grow on a random date earlier this year.

4/20/21 is when the seeds were started (bag seed - therefore I have no idea of the genetics as it was grown by a friend of a friend).
I planted 10 seeds total, all germinated and were in dixie cups by 4/27/21.
Between the first and second weeks of May 2021, my first peeks of the green started showing through the soil.
I was amazed at the difference in growth rate from one plant to the next given the exact same soil, nutrients, watering policy, light etc.

I had 4 plants that were absolute monsters, I topped them when they were still quite small and they still towered over me, only to find that these beauties were supporting a full set of balls! Ugh. It really hurt to cut them down (I got sort of attached to them).

The remainders are all female, some took off for the skies, others just didn't thrive, so I kept them as bonsai plants. Hopefully I can get one huge bud on the tops of those.

At any rate, here is what I ended up with (if anyone has a SWAG as to the genetics, I'd love to learn, I have a feeling the parent was a hybrid as one of my plants looks like Indica (to me) and the others look like Sativa (just a guess):
