pineapple and afghan auto seedling 8 to 10 days old

not sure if i should just pull these are let them go the bigger one is a pineapple auto from growers choice seeds the other is afghan from backyard boogie . i had a few bags of fox farm ocean forest for a few months and somehow it has knats in it in winter here no bugs outside here i got the yellow sticky traps put them out last night in all my pots
