If its your only plant though let it keep going and make sure it def looks sus but could be a weird strain if you got more plants cut off the rot parts

Could be from a catapillar. Usually when I see it right at the tip of a cola, there is a little worm hiding inside. Don't throw away everything, just the moldy parts.

Whenever I spot rot I usually amputate the whole bud or even a full branch. It gets one amputation then when , not if but when, the rot comes back, down she comes. It's systemic, it won't go away or improve, just keeps spreading.
