That looks like that cutting was taken from a tip. Note the genetic whorled phyllotaxy it looks to have going on there. that's what stand's out to me.
It's not alternating like normal cannabis. Internodes are a spiral staircase, or DNA strand, not the normal structure we would typically observe.

ie. 3 leaf formation. sure look it from where I stand.
