Do you ever turn your lights up 100% during veg? I’ve just turned up to 75% at the beginning of my second week of veg. Just now becoming familiar with the light and the plants response
I run my light at 50% with a distance at about 24" during early veg. I run at about 18" and at 75% in what I consider mid veg and then 100% during flower. Light distance during flower start at about 12"-18" and I don't raise them again until flowers are about 6"-8" from the light. I allow the flowers to grow into the light.

I have a lux meter that I used in the beginning. I don't use it now because I know my light. I think you'll find these light distances and settings to be fairly close to what you want for the different stages of growth.

Urm... Ok... But that wasn't implied, stated or otherwise prilificated.

He's in a room. He asked a question. Exhausting outside of that room is necessary to solve his dilemma. Exhausting outdoors seems better than into a home you live in...

A preachy thing on rules and quoting me as though I sponsor them... Not so great.

Only real rule I stated is that he needs a dehuey. Your sermon, I'm afraid, will diminish this point.
I always vent outside. The only situation I can see not doing that is if you in extreme cold dry area. My dehumidifier uses more power than the everything else combined.

I don't because venting inside helps maintain my environmental temps. I can keep a very steady 80-82 during lights on and 70-72 during lights off. I'd also have to make a hole or remove a window to vent outside. If I needed to do this to maintain the environment, I certainly would ... but since I don't have that problem, I won't. It's not necessary for my setup.

If my grow was in a closet, I might not have a choice ... You've got to be able to make what you have work.

I sealed up my windows, put blinds on windows then covered it all with plywood with a small ac Unit in the window.
solved all my problems keep room the tent is in cooler. Small 5000 btu.
temps stay 80 during the summer In my tent. Sure you pay for ac but plants dig it like people.
lower room temp tents in, worked,I did not pipe ac into the tent, I just replace the tent air a lot.
10 degree difference between tent and room gives you air to cool tent down.
works for me. I have even replaced the ac in window.been doing it so long.
now with LEDs it’s like luxury rooms always cool.old school ac no thermostat.
hooked up to a greenhouse type thermostat turns ac on and off at set temp.
redneck perfection. room is at the back of house coolest room in house , no sun.

@robertoj86 tread lightly with the advice so far in here, looks like more folks interested in getting likes than helping you understand your environment. good news is, you're not too far off.

in a nutshell, your tent temps/humidity with LED should be around 80F/64% in VEG (assuming Leaf temps is 2 degrees lower than ambient)
read about VPD when you have a chance, it will help you.

You have all the proper tools to achieve this; dont need to buy anything else. If you want ideas on how to get where you need to be, happy to help. Best of luck! 😎

Also now that I think about it I use a passive system too, when exhaust goes on cooler air does go in one side out the other.
you know you have to tinker with this part of growing. Everybody does things a little different.

I was just saying this is a hard time of year to grow bc of low rh, over the years I have found a humidifier makes things worse expesiley if you put in tent, my advice is if your going to use one seal off the room and keep as far away from tent as possible, plants grow slower and they just have to fight through it, I have electric heat I can't control so in my growroom I have covered all radiators with heavy blankets, so there are no wide swings in rh but it is dry, however that does not mean I can't grow, it helps to run hardy strains but aside from taking a bit longer I don't have problems, just chopped strawberry mango crumble, have dark devel in med pre flower and big devel is just starting to flower ( all autoflowers) strawberry mango crumble stretched at last minute lowerd light but autos do what they want, leaves were starting to show trichome so no choice but to flower it, harvested the top part first Pic 1, but there is allot more flower on bottom of plant, flower is hard and compact smells great and got allot of nice leaf with trichome to make butter will chop rest of plant today, a smallish low yield plant will probably only get 10 or 12 grams off 1 plant, that was a free seed the weed is very good, dark devel did her stretch is still growing vertical and will leave under veg light for awhile like I said it's dry but plant is healthy just takes a bit longer. Pic 2, this is my opinion from experience other people do things differently also in my state I'm only allowed to have 3 plants in flower so have to start another one I grow perpetually but yea this is a hard time of year to grow the spring summer and fall go much smoother.

Everyone control’s their environments a little differently. I live in Colorado so it’s very dry here. I have not had to use a dehumidifier at all. Especially during the winter the RH will be around 25% if not lower depending on Mother Nature. I run humidifier and heater in my 10x12 grow room with a exhaust fan the exhausts outside. In the winter the exhaust is set on a timer to only run a certain amount of time. Summer the exhaust fan runs 24/7. Basically I’m trying to say learn your environment and do what works best in your situation. I have also ran a tent and exhausted into the same room the tent was in and it helped keep the tent environment stable.

What works for me are the use of supply and exhaust.
I'm using co2 in a 4x4, inside I have a dehumidifier....
2 pole fans....
6" filter (exhaust)
Gavita 1700
2 gavit ruv ligts.
Outside the tent is an 8" filter doing the cold air supply.
It tool a while to dail it in but my exhaust is connected to an intermediate timer, during the day it runs for 3 minutes every 11 minutes.
My meter will read 58% rh at its peak and when the timer hits, the humidity drops down to 43%.
At peak my temps gets up to 82° and after the timer hits, it drops down to 71°.
The dehumidifier runs 24/hr... your demographics will determine what course of action is needed to combat humidity. Unfortunately there's no set rules to this aspect or any other part of growing. It's all about how much time can dedicate to your garden.

This was about 11 days into 12/12 .
The humidity climbs as they grow more leaves and a gentle trim job to reduce foliage helpsView attachment 1204794
I don't see your dehumidifier inside your tent. If I'm reading what you said correctly, its in there somewhere. I use a dehumidifier about 1/2-3/4 of the year ... with winter not needing it so far. I put my dehuey in the room where I draw intake air from. That way, it's already conditioned before being drawn into the tent. This works very well for me ... and I'm not taking up valuable space inside my tent.

If space becomes an issue, it's worth considering.

I didn't put it in until week 3, I believe that pic was 10 days after switching the light cycle
