Help! I think its nutrient burn but not sure how to handle it

hi all! first time grower.....things have been going well up til now. Plants are 7 weeks old, Zskittles in organic soil with lots of perlite and dry nutrients. I top dressed them about a week ago and maybe three days ago i started to notice a couple yellow tips on leaves and now this......is this all nute burn? can i flush out dry nutrients? any help is appreciated. Thank you!

that looks like pest damage to me. there's spotting on other leafs as well. pull out a microscope and inspect closely.

EDIT: you've also got what looks like the starting stages of a magnesium deficiency. the pale variegations on the leafs lower from the damaged ones are suspect, though that could also be caused by a couple of other nutrient issues, or pests. might be a stress response to being eaten. still recommend scoping.
