What is going on week 3 of flower

I am currently in week 3 of flower using coco some hairs are starting to turn orange and fry does anyone know what this could possibly be? I know that they are not hermie just can’t figure out what’s going on

Forgot to say using L.E.D lights as well

Never put pesticides on plants u intend to inhale, if having pest problems use de earth, and yea spraying your plants probably turned your pistils. But ignore it you chop by trichome not pistils but make shure any pesticides you used are 100% organic or you could seriously damage yours and other's health.

Had some thrips in the garden so sprayed a few times. Have completely stopped spraying as of yesterday
