Evening folks, happy Satdy from Downunder. Had a couple frothies so excuse my ramblings…..
Girl above is emerging star back rhs. She, along w girl front lhs have been the 2 most stressed plants of the 4. (One, bit of O2 deprivation w kinked air hose, one a bit squished at early stage lst.) However, these 2 are the most advanced of the 4 flower wise and look like being the first finishers/highest yielders which i find interesting. Much filling in flower wise this past 7 days.
After much grow diary reading, I am upping my yield hopes slightly. Really good yields for WW Autos in tent in dirt seem to range in that 2-4oz/plant range. When I look at those plants pics, they are much smaller than what i see in my setup. My girls are pretty serious bushes w 4 of them pretty much filling out a 2mtrx2mtr tent and at the upper end height wise just over a metre but 3 looking at 1.2 metres.
I have seen a majestic WW Auto pic grown indoors in dirt that weighed in at half a pound dry. I would be really delighted w 20oz of nice bud from these 4 girls, ie 5oz per plant. They just don’t look like girls w that weight end game in mind (not withstanding my unconfirmed effing first rental inspection scheduled 27/12.) I reckon somewhere in that 24-28oz range all up, dry, will be pretty close. Anything above that is beyond holy $hit.
Essentially this is just for my own historical records, and see how we go. If I can push my first rental inspection out, I will let the girls run another month to early Jan to max genetic capability. This will get me around that 13-14 weeks from germination which is pretty much long term endgame for Autos.
In contrast to popular theory (Autos grow quick and don’t fuss about the feeding regime), I have found that the more I feed, the better they respond. Whilst I am not at the upper end of say feeding photos, I am pushing the bar pretty hard these past few weeks. However, I sense they are ready for more and will oblige tomoz.
It has been a pretty fascinating grow and we near the end. My birthday present (GSC Autos) arrived from within Australia this week so I will probably pop them shortly to get them veg advanced in time for harvest of these wonderful WW ladies.
Cheers friends. KK
