What are these “salt” looking specks?

I noticed on my runt today the leaves had something on them. Zoomed in it looks like tiny salt grains or almost like milky trichome heads (which I don’t think is possible) 3 week old seedling in coco. The little brown speck is a piece of coco btw.

So, what exactly is that? I haven’t seen it before and can’t seem to find any answer...
