I got off work and noticed these Mark's on some of water leaves and I didnt know why this happened other than this rust leaf looked like it was unhealthy! Can anyone tell me what this means and what can I do to fix the problem!

Yeah I've been using water that's ran through a water softner system and I ph down to a 6.0 no more than 6.19.

MJ Usually likes well water. Go to your local water supply department online and get the water quality report for your area. Post it here so we can make sure there isn't anything to worry about.
