As opposed to one of my baby girls starting with two alternating saw toothed leaves, This girl started with three. I've never seen this before. Does anyone have experience with this anomaly?

It's a triploid, if my memory serves me. Most pot plants begin as duploid with sets of 2 leaves. Yours has sets of 3 and in theory it will produce more than a "normal" duploid plant. Think of it as a 4 leaf clover. It's lucky. That's all, certainly nothing to worry about.
Hope that helps, N2

I have one now.just popped.its nothing special .like i said most revert back to 2.i had a branch do the same and become quite messy and had to cut one out till it went back to 2..

It is a trifoliate. Triploidy has nothing to do with number of leaves per node.
