So I appreciate the advice about topping my plants. These are unknown seeds, four weeks old so far. After topping they got very bushy.
what now ? Seems like the leaves are overlapping each other too much. Fan leaves are quite large
Should I prune or too again ?
Need advice on pruning too.
Very happy with the progress, thanks for the advice 👍
This is one of them….

Well thanks @PK1, I posted on my grow dairy and have gotten no responses. Mainly because experienced growers don’t read newbie grow dairies. I don’t know who put you in charge but I’ve posted questions before and never was told not to before.
Maybe someone else will be more helpful
Hopefully

It’s all personal preference, do you have height restrictions? Do you want to mainline? You can also do some light stress training to spread your branches out.

If you want one of the experienced growers to comment, just tag them. The at sign and their name.
@zoot
How high is the light above the tops of the plants?

Thanks, didn’t know I could do that. Sorry for any harsh comments.
The light is about 40”. I have two HLG, 600r. They have dimmers and I’ve been using a meter to keep them at a recommended PPFD levels as close as possible.

maybe if you didn't made 20 separate posts with questions that has been asked millions of times than ppl would stay with you and followed your grow. You have a list of posts all with the noob questions that has been asked millions of times. There is a search button. Also, keep your panties on

Well, that just discouraged me from asking any more questions. Geez...

Dim your lights down to where they are 18-20 inches and still giving you 40 DLI. You will be able to dim them more and save electricity.

Anyone can post anywhere they want. We don't have those kind of rules. We do prefer you keep it all in one, but don't worry about it.
Tag someone if you want a specific person to answer.
Multiple threads sometimes cover it better than singles because you get different ideas on each one.

Great !! Thanks ! Homework !
I’m just here to learn, nothing to prove, don’t want to ruffle any feathers
Unfortunately I did 🙄
Don't worry about it. It's just a cultural thing. He is used to things one way, and you aren't. Eventually, he will adopt a more relaxed stance here.
You ruffled nothing. Nobody can make you do anything. It's your/their choice on how you/they react.
