How long does wettable sulfur take to kill a broad mite?

I have broads. I have sprayed a few times all over and still find broads. I then found a broad put it under a scope and dropped wettable sulfur directly on top of the mite. It then continued to walk around for 20 plus minutes. Im curious if anybody knows how long it takes to kill them or is my sulfur just not working? I had to go to work so I couldn't watch it until it died or if it died. Broads are so frustrating.
