Can I begin the first month or so of the plants life under 6 little led strips without it having an effect of the outcome of the plant?

I'm coming to the end of my very first harvest. About a month out. I wanted to get my next round started to get a jump on it. But I can't veg in the tent that's flowering. I made a foil lined box and glued the led strips to a frame spacing them about 1/2 aprt.

@10w actual power, 5 should cover 1 x 2 for 3-4 weeks.
