Thanks for your advice. I'm trying to give her enough attention to keep her alive and apparently I'm smothering her lol

no your doing good and you want to do good, i can tell..
your baby is just fine, she really doesn’t need anything other than water when needed and it’s good to let get/stay dry for a day..
and a nice environment, you should set up a little sitting area to listen to tunes have a smoke come in the farm while watching your plants..
the co2 you give off is good for them too..

Week 2 since she broke ground. The brown spot is something dried to the leaf.
I'm scheduled to water next Fri unless she shows signs of needing it before then.
The plan is to let her coast for the first two weeks then up the light intensity to 100w bulb. She is under a 60w right now. Also put her on an 18/6 light schedule. After her leaves hit the edge of the pot, transplant into her 3gal final home.

Hopefully my plan is sound, if not let me know

it’ll be close to a month before she’ll need a transplant, you need to get some patience and something else to do, as any stress etc during this time will affect the health, growth and yield..
what is important is watering correctly (which looks to be dry) having temp and humidity pretty consistent 24 hrs/day,
providing a good environment.. that’s all for now..

And lower the light intensity… i know broken recond and hopefully one day i never need to say it again

The girl, 4 days old. She's leggy bc the light was too far away. I have brought it closer to the light.

If i get leggy seedlings,I gently flick them with my fingers to strengthen them and put a good fan on so they concentrate on stem instead of height,I also shake them when ever I'm in the room and rough them up as they grow to thicken them up and keep them manageable, just an idea..
