Problems… Unknown leaf issues … deficiency… Insects?

It started as a nitrogen deficiency, as many of the leave below turned yellow, day after day. I gave it some nitrogen, but it appeared to get nute burn, now I have this. Spider mite?

Doesn't look like mites at first glance,the speckling would be everywhere,especially leaf edges,looks like a feeding/watering issue,but what do I know.

Scope the bottom of the leaves. Mites often hide near the midrib and veins.
