New growth seems yellow, leaves drooping down

Okay I will try to put as much info up as possible. As of two days ago this what my plant looks like. 29 day old auto flower which just started to grow white pistils about 4 days ago. Plant was recently moved closer to grow light. Was last fed nutes two days ago on the 21st, is due to be watered tommorrow was going to today however it was a rainy and humid day and soil was still moist this morning but is now pretty dry. This is my boyfriends grow which is his first and I have been helping him along the way however he is tending to matters in which I now have to care for his babies and I really do NOT want to kill them . Please help!! I have turned the intentesity down on the LED grow light to 70% because I was not sure if this was light stress, I will check back in the morning on how it looks .. the first picture was taken right after lights came on after 6 hours of being off. The pictures that follow are from days before this started happening.

This pot is too small for the plant I already know, only one gallon.
It’s in a regular potting soil mix that contains some perlite. (this is before he got his hands on the ffof soil)
2x4x4 tent, 240w led grow light, 154 cfm fan and carbon filter, mushroom kit, two small oscillating fans.
Temps are between 63- 75 (I live in PA, nights have been dropping pretty chilly past few days, the tent is in a shed )
As of NOW Humidity is at 72, normally is around 55, has been HIGH due to rain, the dehumidifier in the tent does not keep up fast enough I’m sure .
We water them every other day, between 500-700 ml water depending on how dry the soil is, with every other feeding have nutirients, (fox farm trio , 1/4 tsp BB and 3/4 tsp GB per gallon). Has been given root stim lately too .
We PH the water as well between 5.8 and 6.5.
Last night I ended up watering it, I am checking it now to see how it is and temp and humidity in the tent , the light intensity was turned down .. this strain is critical x 47 auto. The other plants don’t have this going on at all, only this one AND sort of the mutated one we have . …

How high is the light?

When you water you will need to saturate the media then let it dry so that it is light.

Need to get the temps up if you can 75-80f under full spectrum LED.

Take the dehumidifier out of the tent and place it in the shed. There is not enough time or air mixing to be effective in such a small tent.
