Well It's not a nitrogen deficiency, but I'm not sure what is the problem.
Bugs can make your top growth distorted like that. What ph is the water your using?
And what are you feeding it?

I've never checked pH I know our water around here is pretty hard I've been doing this a couple years and have never seen this happen before I've been feeding with fish emulsion also amended the soil before they grow they seem to be doing fine then I started seeing white spots whiteflies which I sprayed for. All the new growth is shriveling up.

Says it's good for spider mites so I'd keep spraying with that in the evening just as sun goes down

Man, I'm a bit of an amateur bug whisperer, and while I see mite evidence ( the white or yellowish specks in the surface of the leaves), but I'm not seeing the kind of infestation that would cause the major leaf deformation, usually by the time you see distorted leaves you see webbing also. but i have seen this before, I'm not sure where your from but have you ever heard of tmv or tobacco mosaic virus? It can produce all of the symptoms your plants are showing.

what are the temps where you live? are you over watering? the leaf curling could be a sign of either of those things

Those light speckles on top of your leaves look like spider mites I’m afraid. If that’s what they are you need the good stuff to get rid of those tenacious little buggers. Try looking at the under side of your leaves using a magnifying glass. If it’s them you’ll see em.

If that doesn't stop soon the whole plant is gonna die as it seems to affect new shoots.
But doesn't look like an immobile nute related thing. I'd guess... some critters infestating the roots?

My plants are dying as I sit here thinking that this grow is over before it ever started all the leaves are shriveling up the stem of the leaf where all the leaves Branch off is dead I saw some black underneath one of the leaves either these plants have a problem with the root system or there's some sort of fungus which I don't understand because I sprayed with copper base fungicide. Any answers would be greatly appreciated

Will a copper base fungicide kill that problem?

If it's a root pest you have to delrench the soil too, not just spray the plant.

a lot of times "fixing it" will make it worst if you use the wrong fix --- generaly rule of thimb is to let the plant grow expecily if growing out side Marijuan is a hard plant to kill - Mother Nature made it that way Let it grow !!!!!!

I dunno... there's a lot of things outside that can kill them pretty efficiently... best practice is usually to take preventative measures... add nematodes to the soil, plant herbs that various pests don't like the smell of, preventative spray with something mild to deter bugs from setting up shop (I've been using lost coast plant therapy all through veg, neem as well if I actually encounter a pest that needs it, Monterey BT for caterpillars and grasshoppers, Japanese Beetle traps around the perimeter, selective defoliation and training for air flow)... I do all these things and still usually have to battle something off. You get out what you put in outside... that's why most people say outdoor is shit, cause most don't put in the required effort to be successful. The one plant I had that I left to it's own devices last year straight up died of mold infestation inside if 3 weeks.

I have an update on this year's grow I just wanted to say thanks for all the information and help from all you fellow Growers. As of July 16th I lost three plants to what we think was a tobacco mosaic virus or some sort of mosaic virus the AK-47 has been renowned for its resistance against fungus and other pests and I would have to say that is very accurate because this plant was looking very sick at the time I removed my other plants but I have pushed on and it seems to have grown all new fresh growth that looks normal many Bud sites I'm so happy I have sprayed with neem oil copper fungicide and also the milk and water mixture which I believe may have burned the fungus off this plant all these little tricks will go in my notebook but the biggest news is that a friend saved my entire grow by giving me 2 beautiful city slicker females and also another unknown strain female there was a time I thought I would not fill one jar this year or get the joy of watching my plants bud in September which I love so much but now things have turned around and I will persevere what are the thoughts on this Mosaic fungus do I need to spray my entire backyard grow area for next year?

It actually was a very humid and wet spring I attributed my problems to that thing I also noticed 3 feet down in my soil there is a lot of clay that would hold water yes?

The only thing I question is that one of the Aloha widows that was in a fabric bag which should have great breathability and drainage also died of the same malady I think it was some sort of mosaic virus due to humidity and tons of rain.
