I don’t see any male parts. Looks to have a few female pre flowers but the pistils have not yet emerged.

Cant see balls yet, you can wait few days easily and watch how they grow and give us another pick then.

If its same spot than first pic then its not ball. If you pick it and squeeze what there is inside if like bananas then they are hermies if not then just calyx.
