Ok start at about 25,000-30,000 lux

Give a few days then see how the upper leaves are responding and can look at small increases to get it dialed in

This is the website i used for conversation. Under 12/12 you want 600-900ppfd always start on the low end and work up. Select the red + blue + white for your light.

depending on your vpd, you actully might not need a dehumidfyer. 40% RH is what i have it at in flower. Also, based on the pictures it looks like the plants get a heat wave. Figure out when the hottes time is and make sure the humidity is higher. @Aquaman knows it best

Well then it's actually perfect it's not very humid here! I have lights off during hottest part of day!

Yes I agree my lights were way to intense so I only leave them on a couple hours than just switch to having the bloom on for ten! Do you think that is an ideal start!

When you get time look up daily light integral. (DLI) its a calculation of total light photons given over a light period.

I can try to find you some links if you like. Light is one of the grow aspects you want to learn about first since it drives all processes

Leave them on for 12 but just adjust the height as needed to get the intensity you want
