Trying to find some firs and or hemlock and cedar


Lots of hardwood maple and alder so far. Hard AF big round smoke wood 😆 So cutting it short for easier split 🪓 Need a starter wood type and some more pitch... Fat wood. Aka conifer


All the closest deadwood is history

Hey, I just grow a few plants for myself. I did five plants this year. Totally organic, only "chemical" is acetic acid (white vinegar) for setting water PH.

I use the Subcool surersoil recipe and I get AWESOME plants. I use the soil for two years on the cannabis, then it all goes on the tomato garden and we get so many, we have to make a LOT of salsa and can the rest.

I think I’ll go out and inspect buds while it’s dark out. Get a better look at them Than in the daytime. The sun is too bright and it’s too warm out!

Same here. But got a little more than I bargained for so now I have to deal with it all! It’s a good problem. Been a great year weatherwise out here! First year of making my own soil and will never go back. It’s been great! I guess I should say copying Humboldt locals recipe from a 2010 thread! Gotta give credit where credit is due!

Everything is up and hanging. Some have a little mold issues. Certainly the lack of later season Sun and the waterfall fog hit me badly later in the season


Need to take the info and apply it going forward. I'm not going anywhere soon

I learned some things this year. Maybe get a weed blower for next time 😆

The so called experts on Cali (who've never seen the state) 😆. Or visited Hollywood once


The so called workers are taking over production from the money 💰 handlers and taxman


I'm pretty sure weed gets stolen too...

I miss judged the suns Azimuth also. Cost me some daylight. Will know better next year! Happened late enough not to really affect the plants too badly. Like you, have learned a lot this year that will be Applied Next year. If I don’t get murdered!

Yeah 👍 just need ridges with water 💦 source and better coverage from the peaks...


Perhaps less intense vegging and more plants. Could be done inside the canopy I think. Or higher up

I lived there during this time. It's certainly not the same

LA is another thing entirely. That's why I never bothered even when I lived an hour away

I just love 💕 living by the ocean wherever I call home. 🏔️ and ocean 🌊 a plus. I've thought about moving out to the peninsula
