I'm up here in bumfutt nowhere near NY/PA state line, mostly all rural...scanner calls will wear your ear & local rescue out when a new batch of death hits the area here about once a month. And its so many plain regular folks with jobs, kids homes etc and they're losing it all. Just not some junkie using anymore.

Oh and the county govs just love when they can get their hands on some Narcan to spread around so it keeps the people alive & using long enuff to ruin their life and everyone elses around them.

But....WEED is the real devil as we all know

I didn’t even know there was a legitimate use for it till the old lady was dying. And they require you to purchase the Narcan along with the morphine and other opioid painkillers.

It’s so bad even here in the remote area of the Ozarks, that the health depts have installed Narcan dispensers in their lobbies. The real kicker to that is don’t OD after five pm, cause they lock the doors! Some of the craziest chit I have ever seen!

I was on that shit, I'd already gone past what Hydromorphone would do alone so they gave me the patches to slap on, plus I'd needed the hydromorphone for what was called breakthrough pain, I had bottles of 300 - 24mg pills eating 2 every 3-4 hrs........oh she was a swell time.......not.....Canadian health care ain't what it used to be.
