Started the Blue Microverse auto

I decided I can do the box later but I went ahead and started the Blue Microverse auto.

Hydroton
GH Trio
Ts1000 and ts600
5 gallon bucket in bathtub.

The pics are around 24 hours old and yes all of them.

I'm growing it soon. Please keep a journal. I'm growing purple pope popescicle star spangled banner now. They're 3 weeks minus SSB it's week 1.

I bought a bunch of new NO beans. Queens banner, Pope Banner 3, Purple pope. 98 pre Bubba kush Purple Microverse outlier z I may be forgetting some. North Atlantic Seed bank are giving away huge freebie packs for a limited time. I bought a lot and I bet I got 30-40 extras free. Nice autos too no garbage. Now I remember one I forgot. 10 pack of banana daddy auto. It's by far the most popular strain I've grown. People went crazy over it.

This one is pretty straight forward on directions, 250ppm, 500ppm max out around 1250ppm. Do the net and you could maximize yield, then ppms go up I'm sure. It's branchy (stretchy) but just over 2 foot (27") pretty much follows a two week schedule. Easy and fast to grow I'm only adding another light because that open side bothers me. I lollipopped it early on and I needed to remove good bud sites to allow for the great ones, hence the screen should be added. I just switched additive feed over yesterday from big bud to overdrive it should start rapidly swelling soon. It smells fruity with a funk or skunk can't tell, sinus issues. Posted a vid of it today.

That's a lot of seeds you have there. How many have you grown? That banana I'd like a smoke report on that one. Any pics? I only have Blue, Sour Stomper, Samsquanch OG, Barney's Tangie, Atlas Top Gun and ilgm Sour Diesel. I've only grown the Blue here and Sour Diesel I do have Sour Crack on the way.

Grow: Single bucket DWC
Seed: Night Owl's Blue Microverse (Auto)
Sprouted July 18th, 2022
Side light: TS600
Top light: TS1000
Feed: GH Trio and Calmag. Follow Calmag directions.
Additives: Big bud and Overdrive. Not at the same time and I never go over 1tsp per gallon.


It's a small vigorous stretchy plant producing many bud sites. It has the potential to be a monster in the right setting. It grows pretty fast under 90 days to harvest under the right conditions.

You see I don't do anything right so it'll take longer for me. I also wired up 3 colas on the back side I will look for more back there that may need help staying upright.

Looking good. You dont test your tds? I push my plants. Start low. Gradually increase until I see slight stress then back off to my last tds and know I'm dialed in. Unless I know the strain from growing before. I has one plant gobbling up over 2000 tds and I've had plants that couldn't handle 1300. Indica dominant can take a lot heavier feed. I give sprouts week 1 900tds. By the time they are at 2-3 weeks I'm up to 1300 week 4 1600. But I always test my run off tds. Water water feed water water feed. I get very cautious at 1300 tds

I've had this up to 2200ppm and nothing but at that point bucket tds just keeps rising even at 1500ppm same, it stays steady at 1250ppm except you can see better growth. I make a gallon of 1000ppm daily until I see bucket tds rising then I start watering down. I didn't change buckets or water just keep adding until plant starts putting nutes back in the water then I water untill tds drops to 1250. At this stage a half tsp of GH micro is a tad high per gallon and a quarter is to low.

Oh before I forget most pics of this plant online stalk and stems are red or purple just the tops of mine are with purple streaks along the stalk.

I've upped to 1500 now and figured just keep going with the 1000ppm. If it goes up I'll see but my understanding is if it's not up taking nutes then it's eating reserves before up taking anymore?

That plant I followed GH Trio directions @ half strength exactly. Whenever I fed a gallon of nutes I fed a gallon of pH water behind it before adding another gallon of nutes. I started doing that when it started flowering.

It may not swell that much who knows. I have other light may use it but may be to late. I keep getting wifts of roses coming off it.

It's starting to swell and I threw that light up for now. When I noticed the swell I decided to go ahead and add that extra light. Might angle it in towards back wall. New lights the small SF1000D in front up top.

Do not shwag plant. That's where you defoliate the main fan leaf leaving only the actual flower on any flowering spot. Every spot that I did as a 'what happens' if I do this. Well, it produces flat flowers on this plant It looks like someone squeezed them.

I also went back to using refrigerated water and seeing better growth. That spider farmer light is super hot and puts off a ton of heat. It's definitely roses I'm smelling, roses, berry and a super strong funk.

Thank you and I thought it looked like crap. Those pH nutrient burns bother me but it's only a few leaves. I don't think I showed those leaves.
