Is this some kind of pest damage ?

Hi all

I noticed 2 small holes on a leaf today . I’m hoping someone might be able to let me know if it is some kind of pest damage . I had about 20 ladybirds but most have died . I tried to get a good photo and video through the magnify glass and this was the best I could do .

Also , any suggestions on what food to put in the room for the ladybirds if there aren’t many pests
