I run a se5000 and I like a distance of 18-22 inches and it’s best to base your brightness off a ppfd or DLI reading from a meter or an app.

At what point in your grow? I'm not the guy to answer your question but the different stages of growth have different lighting needs. In early veg you're going to be further away and have a lower intensity than you will mid veg, early flower, mid flower, full flower & late in flower I want the intensity down again to let ripen.

I have 2 se3000 I'm still learning led's with so maybe someone with more experience can guide you better....GL
