Ac infinity help. Have issue with fan. Rattles and is unbalanced. I bought through Amazon. Tried getting replacement shipped but they never shipped. Is there any warranty. Only month old. Unbalanced fan causing rattle. Very load rattle. Barring super hot after just like 10 min of being on.

Email them directly at their support from their website, and they will ask for all the needed information and get it mailed out for warranty. They are amazing at getting it quickly back at you, they just replaced mine they stopped oscilsting.
