Seeds in Portugal

Hi,
I am living in Portugal and ordered 3 seeds in internet. The seeds unfortunately never arrived. :( What might be the consequences? Can I expect police or GNR visiting me at 6 in the morning? Or is that amount to small to create further problems? I only found informations about possing weed, but I do not posess any weed. I just ordered some seeds.
My house is save, I do not cultivate and posses no equipment or weed.

I don’t know if the laws where you are, but most places it’s not iilegal to own any seeds. Some places will ship advertising that they are for souvenirs and not for cultivation. So all you have to say, is you bought them to mount and frame as a souvenir :) Sorry they didn’t make it to you, but I wouldn’t sweat and freak out of anyone pounding on your door.
