Think I overwatered my seedlings. They are only a day old but have drooped and gone unhealthy colour. Is there a way back? What can I do to save them. Thanks

I would just leave it alone and try not to love it to death.

Yeah I would give them a week without even looking at them and then hope for the best on day 7 lol

Not so easy to tell from that pic, but damping off usually looks different than the above pic. Also without knowing what media that is or whether it's already charged with nutrients, or what you're watering with it's tough to tell what's going on with it. Could just be genetics. When you do start watering and adding nutrients you may want to look into a nute schedule that contains some kelp to help get the roots going.

How close is your light? What light do you have? temp?

My seedlings popped a week ago, today gave first full watering, as there autoflowers I will now water once a week till they gain size, looks like u may have planted to deep or light needs raising.
