Phlizon ph b8 640 watt grow light contest light grow diary !

So officially received my new phlizon ph b8 640 watt light from @PhlizonGrowLight



Going to set up and start germinating seeds tomorow. Will start this week with lights set up !

Since this light covers 5.5 flower. And I have 8 feet. I will be using two tsw2000 mars hydro on each side. 300 watts a piece to reach corners of tent. Totally wattage for the 8x4 will be 1240 true watts pulled from the wall. Seeds are in water and3 sank within 2 hrs so really excited. Also I have a 3x3 tent in which I will be growing 1 photo period. Strain is biscotti Mintz. Light is a kind 330w uv. Ir light.



The 4 autos inbig tent under phlizon will be gg auto
strawberry cheesecake auto
cbd lemon auto and a Moby dick auto. Plenty of room for each auto to have a 1.5 m squared are to grow. Basically there own 2x4 each with adequate lighting.
Using 8 inch inline fan ac infinity. 3 6 inch oscilating fans as well.

Ok initial honest reactions.

1.love the size of the light really covers 4x4 itself.

2.it is heavy at 30 lbs. But tent shld hold it no problem ( I hope lol )

3. The dimmer switch shuts off at 20 percent and after it goes from 20 to 60 doesn't seem to get any brighter .... idk if it's subtle. But with the mars tsw 2000 when you put it from 75. To 100percent. You notice the bam. This light goes bam at around 60 percentile. Cld be trick of the eye
4.light looks good tho. Not super bright like blind you instantly ( buddies sf4000 looked brighter) Than Again it's not all about the brightness as much as spectrum and ppfd. Looks promising tho I'll give it that
5. 1 negative. The light connectors have to sit under bars and isn't much room. Wish the bars were half inch farther off the driver to account for power cords. Otherwise nice easy build.

I will be germinating under the kind 330w 3x3 tent all seeds until veg. Than I'll move to big tent. This way only one small tent need be lighted and heated etc until main stages

4 outta 5 seeds sunk within 2 hours of placing in water. Hoping to get 1 and a half lbs total from the 4 autos. And least 12 ounces outta the one photo. Shooting big but pulled 4 ounces each off first grow ( and I've upgraded lights etc since than and learned alot ) and have better soil and more microbes and nutrients for them. ( gonna go 10 week veg and huge fim and lst training to fill whole 3x3.)

Will than clone the plant in 3x3 (biscotti mints ) and grow clones as autos end flower in big tent. Fingers crossed

I have an FD6000-O. It's ridiculously bright. I can use it at 60% and it's still brighter than my other lights which were producing good results. I'm only using it for bloom. The measured Lux value at 100% is almost double my other lights.

I have an FD6000-O. It's ridiculously bright. I can use it at 60% and it's still brighter than my other lights which were producing good results. I'm only using it for bloom. The measured Lux value at 100% is almost double my other lights.

I was gonna buy this but decided against it. Maybe ill think again and grab it up. Theyre relatively cheap, and i already have the pl4500 quantum board from them, and im happy with it so far. I just need a bigger light in my 4x4 for better wall to wall coverage.

I haven't finished the first grow with this, but I'm blown away by how bright it is. And the coverage is wall to wall in a 4x4. The plants are loving it. It's not rough on the leaves. Buds are getting stacked and cone shaped at the top earlier than before.

Right on, it doesnt sound that bad for the price. Im 100% sure it would out perform the pl4500 i have in there now lmao.

Finishing up my first run under the FD8000. So far so good. The dimmer is a little "off" in that at about 50% dimmer the true wattage is like 650w from the wall which is more like 65% no issues with brightness or anything else.

Produces buds.

So I used photone (beta) app to measure dli and ppfd mars hydro hits at about 1000ppfd At 12 inches















Phlizon is about 700. Dli is 45 mars hydro.35 phlizon. But t3 shld create just enough perfect light

Nice light for sure, I have the FD 4500 six bar, it's showing it's worth with the current trainwreck run and my last haul was great as well. I like Philzon so far,Cheers SS

Ill be grabbing one of their bar lights in tge near future, so either way, i appreciate your response! Might go with the fd7500 in case i go up to a 5x5 in the future,tired of always buying lights lol.

I feel ya, I had 2 Vipar cobb 450w burple and one lost the blue/whites diode board which upset me so I dug in and found the Philzon FD4500 450w led bar style, for better coverage in my 4x4. Cheers SS Oh Viparspectra makes a KS series which seems like a quality light for a 3x3 the KS 3000,SS

Ok. Seeds put into pots with rooter plugs 2 nights ago. 2 out of 5 seeds are above soil.

Humidity 55 to 65. Temp is 75 to 82. Slight fluctuations until I turn on all lights and create enough heat to circulate air at a constant

At 5pm they just broke ground. At 9 pm. Had both green leaves out aand looking up !

4 out of 5 are inch tall alrdy. Cbd lemon still sleep. Again hard to ttell what percentage the lights on with dial being off so much etc but so far. So good

Cbd lemon looks like he only had one round cotelydo. Leaf.... so slow to start. He now has the single true leafs starting so
hopefully he catches up

The autos are taking off under this light. Fed them half nutes 8 days days ago. An ph perfect line. Than water 4 days ago n again half dose of nutes today. No runoff. Just



feedings. 21 days in side soil
