Possibly- a plant that size rarely needs fed . Make sure the cup is light like almost weightless then water completely till minimun runoff - in my opinion - what are you using for water ? Tap?,RO?

Your suffering from relating your plant to human standards. With us we eat more we get bigger. The same isn't true w plants. Sometimes less is more. You want a dry period so the plant builds resistance to environmental variables when it gets to adulthood, as well as oxygen is needed for root health. If you have to water daily you gotta put them in like a 3 gallon and just give 8 ounces every day. Once that itch is scratched and they get bigger you can start to realize the bigger picture and go to 2x a week. Just my 2cents, it is hard not to water daily. I get it. Us smokers have addictive personalities

Anything with slow release fertilizer in it is NOT good for cannabis ! Then on top of that you just fed a seedling a lot! That bottle is strong when it is time to feed if ever ? You will want to start at like 1/4 strength!

First look for a soil that does not have fertilizer in it.
Where are you located ? Country

Some options made for cannabis are
Promix
Happy frog
Ocean forest
Google soil for indoor cannabis

Watering is prolly the main issue but op also has others

So finding proper equipment may be tough for you I don’t know? But soul is the biggest concern at this point in my opinion - then watering habits of course
