I've only ever run auto's on 12/12 they do fine, maybe smaller than keeping them on 18hrs but still nice plants. I just finished 2 auto Gsc that were flipped with my photo's and they came out great. I mainly grow Photo's but I'll add in an Auto or 2 if I've the seeds. I don't really notice any difference other than the males showing early. This pic is one of the Gsc I just finished

Sweet, good to know. Like I said, I've never done one, I've just only heard people running 18 or more with em, but some people grow them outside too, and that's not 18 hrs I suppose. I am actually cleaning my closet and going to attempt an auto if one of my freebies will germ, mostly due to boredom. Maybe I'll go for like a 16 hour cycle? My closet is pretty small and I might germ 2. Beautiful plant btw, even though I'm not a fan of GSC.😊

You don't like Gsc?? Que? Wtf, rock solid sweet tasting nice buzz weed and you don't like it? No soup for You! 😁

Updated: turned lights down to 75% intensity, corrected RH to around 45%. New daytime temperature is around 78f and night temperature is around 68f. On a 18/6 light schedule. Have watered twice since with just water. Getting a good amount of yellowing and curling on bottom leaves. Just trying to make it through the next 10-14 days because she is almost done. Should I just stay the course at this point being so late? Thoughts welcomed.

Looks like we have made it to harvest time, what do you guys recommend for a drying enviornment? What should RH and temp look like? Complete darkness ? Time period? And also you you trim off all your fan leaves before chopping or after drying ?

60 degrees at 60 rh is a great starting point. light breeze but not directly on buds and in the dark - then tweak from here to what works best for you

I pull all fan leaves before drying - after a good dry (10/14 days) the sugar leaves I brush off with a silicone bbq brush . I do this in a trim bin and catch all loose trichromes

Mosh nailed [as usual] how most of us try to dry our herb.
I use my grow room since it easily controlled and can be dark without issue.
Maybe 7-10 days before I paper bag the trimmed cut bud and then into jars for cure when I deem ready.
I use little cheap hygrometers for the jars.

What do you mean by paper bag?

After the 7-10 days hanging in the room at 60/60 I place buds in a paper bag with mini hygrometer and roll it closed until it is ready for jarring which is under 64%.I keep the bags in the room still under proper conditions.
I shoot for 55% or so and hope there is still a trace more extra moisrure in what ever stems I have left.
The stems hold the most moisture and removing them speeds up dry.
I like to leave branches toghether when hanging in beginning and then trimming the large stem off before paper bag.

I just don't like the taste... I've had a few different versions and grew one last year... Buzz is good, I'm just bougey when it comes to flavors. I don't like the cookies fam at large lol.

I wish that whole cookies & ice cream phase with genetics never happened but I digress

First harvest that actually got anything on it. Thank you all for your help I learned a lot in a short time. On to the next run!
