Wanted Grow tent, reflective coating coming off

I have noticed black spots on my tent where the reflective coating has rubbed off in my tent any idea how to fix

I call it separating between the films.

On my floor primarily.

A new tent would be the only resolve I see.

It happens, not sure how to avoid it. I have a few spots just like it in my tents. Even my brand new one came with 2 spots worn already. I dont think that less than quarter size black spot is going to make any bit of difference in yeild. If you are really worried about it you could go to your local craft store and just get some silver paint.

Perhaps the metalized mylar tapes out there would work to spot cover the dark areas.

did you clean it with isopropyl or peroxide?
anyhoo i wouldn’t worry about it, i have a couple spots..
clean with soap and water with peroxide mixed in..

I cleaned with peroxide should I use something different

mmmm just mix the peroxide in with soap and water next time..
not sure if the peroxide alone would cause that.. just my thought..

I hade it mixed with water but funny you say my last tent had the same problem and I used cleaning wipes should I wipe the tent down with just water to further prevent and I will get aluminum foil tape to put over the one spots

how bad is it?
i have 2-3 tiny spots i don’t even notice, half the time i think it’s a piece of dirt, haha..

They are not bad just want to prevent it from any more problem because of the tent being a gorilla grow tent heavy line not the cheapest tent to replace

i’ve talked to them lots, just not about the spot thing..
don’t need no order number..

I would scotch tape some small pieces of aluminum foil over the small spots, that would work.
