is that fan up above on 24/7? and does it oscillate or stay in one position?
any dead plant material on soil surface or anywhere needs to be cleaned up!..

it’s a hurricane fan so it stays in one place and it’s on 24/7, is that bad? i have another fan on the bottom that isn’t in use that was doesn’t oxscillate either

well the constant airflow pointed directly at the plant can and will absolutely stress a plant.. it’s best to use the 2 fans to move air around instead of blowing on the plants themselves unless you have an oscillating fan than that’s ok..
so reposition the fans to create air movement not directed at plants..

okay so should i leave that fan there and just move it to the side and put my other one on the opposite side of the tent? and can you show me your set up?

also when i make my mix tomorrow i use this to meatier it out into the gallon:
big bloom 4 ml
grow big 5 ml
tiger bloom 3 ml

not what is on the bottles in these pictures right?

again sorry if i am not understanding.

@Mikedin @GNick55

You can feed that big bloom (brown liquid) at full strength of 60 ml. Its just to feed the microbiome (orgamisms in the soil)

my mistake i will use the full gallon, thought someone said 3/4 but no problem i will use the gallon
We where referring to what you said about the gallon of neuts plus the extra 3/4 gallon (not doing that just use the full gallon of neut water)

I believe what nick is saying is don’t worry about only 15% runoff, you have now dried out your pot and are ready to start a fresh watering cycle. You’ll want full saturation of the medium. So I’d do 1/4 of the water (or as much needed to lace a 1/2” of water on top of the soil and wait 10 minutes, then do another 1/4 of the gallon. Repeat that till the gallon is gone even if it’s coming out the bottom just keep getting rid of the runoff until she stops dripping

Nick wants you to fully saturate the soil, and then you’ll wait to water again and do the same thing once the pot is fully dry again (light when picked up)

okay, and just double checking when you say watering cycle it means water with just the nutrients right? not using Regular PHd water?

i guess that’s what i’m a little confused on is if watering means watering with just nute water

i see he’s been running a fan constantly on her for 24/7, that’s got to be part of reason why some of the leaves look stressed.. he moves those fans to a better position and give them a good watering tomorrow and keep his environment nice we should see a nice improvement in 4/5 days..

you are correct water with nutes is what we mean

i’d say no.. i feed every watering.. but people do..
those kinds of decisions come later on in your career..
gotcha that makes sense. i guess i my mind i thought she needed food (nute water) and plain PHd water. and i thought only using the nute water is bad because she wasn’t getting the plain PHd water.

so the nute water acts as the water she needs right? if that makes sense

Yep 100% that water when she uptakes it will carry the neuts up with it, that’s all she needs 😁 only reason I’d back down or switch to feeding every other watering is if she started showing a neut burn (toxicity) but you’ll have time to take care of it.

My one plant in its own 4x4 has had reduced neuts cus she was quite stressed but also was the reason she didn’t pack in as much weight at the end, she’s almost don’t but wished I had more time to correct her before flower

@GNick55 I have my fans blowing directly on the plants too I kinda maxed out the 4x8 though lol so I have 5 fans in there haha as soon as the solo plant finishes I’ll pull the biggest plant from the other tent and put her in there to finish by herself

Photos are the 4x4 tent

Video is the 4x8 tent

Also disregard the temp and RH I need to move that gauze it’s about 8” below the light lol, the temp on the top (larger number) is from the outdoor monitor device which is on the other side of the tent at cola height RH shows about 5% higher at plant level but there still out of VPD for the growth cycle
