you are saying you took cuttings, and that is the picture after?
 
They have rooted in there rock wool it haven't took very well to the coco, just curling upward , I've kept it at around 22°c in there and humidity pretty high always at 70/80 % I don't know why this is happening only giving g half dose of ryhzoo with water
 
I can also rule pests out of the equation

did you gradually lower humidity to acclimatize the clones? you cannot go directly from 99% to room rh and expect them to live
 
never experienced russet mites
do they resemble something like this

by the looks of it could be your light too close..
 
like nick is saying lights might be too close, they look dehydrated like transpiration has ceased and there is no moisture left within. could definitely be wrong need more info
 
Definitely need better pictures.
Looks like there could be possible bugs or light issue, maybe lockout, can you see the roots?
