So this is my first time growing. My wife and I are doing this together and growing is difficult. Below is my specific information. To start I really only have one question. We can’t tell if the plants are doing well or not. We also don’t understand how much to water? Stick my finger in and seems dry so we water. Is this something you do everyday? We have a small humidifier in the room as well. You can see the pics below.

-32x32 tent with ventilation but we don’t turn it on because it removes the humidity.

You don’t need fans or venting at this point if your temps and humidity are fine.

Honestly, growing is really easy. Spend maybe 15 mins a day inspecting a plant and watering if necessary. It only becomes difficult if you’re ignoring sound advice and grow techniques, or ignoring what your plant is telling you.

There is a little time investment on reading info and such. You wouldn’t expect to build a house if you were just given lumber and nails, would you? Gotta learn what the basics are and then apply them to your plant.

What’s your humidity and temp at? How close are your lights? How often are you watering? How much are you giving it per feeding?

Over and under watering look very similar.

When you water you fully saturate the media. 100%. And you wait to water again until the media is mostly dry but the plant hasn't wilted yet. Right now you're fine.
The fear of over watering is a misnomer. It's not a risk of too much water at once. It's a risk of giving water before the previous watering has dried up enough. Moisture meter from the garden section will help. 12 bucks. Piece of mind.

Exactly this. Keep in mind your roots are likely already at the bottom, so doing just the top inch test isn’t going to help.

And 2nd’d on getting a moisture meter. When my pots feel light, I still poke it in 4 spots with the meter to gauge if I really need to or not.

Everything I read says it could be too much watering not enough watering. Temperature one way or the other. I’m losing my mind here. Lol. I need to smoke.

In your case, the curl of your leaf I have circled suggests you're watering too frequently. I'd wait a bit longer before you water next time.

Your container isn't helping matters either. They tend to absorb too much water and leads to your soil staying too wet. When you do get to the point where you're up-potting, score the sides of that container. They don't really dissolve like they're supposed to either. They can become a hindrance to your grow. So next time, try a solo cup or similar.

Funny how many people start growing weed in those biodegradable pots, myself included. I'm not a fan of them, they slow down the root growth quite a bit and damage roots if you try to remove it. Hard to control water content also since they don't dry out the soil the same as a solid or synthetic fabric pot. More likely to harbor mold and fungus.

Sorry. Thats all I got.. for next time, use real pots for starts.

-Humidity is at 50% temp between 72-78
-giving 20ml of water everyday.

Water so the medium is saturated and then don’t water again until it’s nearly dry. Idk how much 20ml is compared to what your pot size is. Daily is too frequent at this point IMO.

Also, like @MIGrampaUSA said, those pots might be causing more harm than good at this point.

I would also raise your humidity to 60% and keep your temps (with lights on) to at least 78F consistently. Seedlings need heat and humidity.

Humidity and temps are fine. I would wait an extra day and then give them a good watering ... 40ml-60ml. Give them more water when you water them, but don't water them nearly as often. 5 days between watering at seedling stage is not unheard of. Those peat pots become a sponge so you've kind of got a bit of a challenge on your hands and watering too frequently will only make it worse. The good news is your plants are pretty hardy. If you make the changes now, your plants should thrive.

For what it's worth, I had the exact same question the other day about bio seed starter pots vs. dixie cups. What I learned from the experienced folks on this forum is to use clear plastic cups for germination, thus ensuring you can observe the root structure and will be easily able to determine when it's time to transplant to the final pot.

Lots of variables. My advice is to document everything. So you can go back and see what you did, how much you gave, what were the temps, Rh, light height, etc. Also, so you won't forget from day to day what conditions were and if what you're doing is working or not.
