The past 2 years I have tried popping random seeds I’ve acquired over the years. Just random I’ve found so it was a crap shoot what it would produce. Both years I started off with around 20 seeds. 2 years ago I was having trouble sexing them so I planted them. 4 on 1 side of the yard 4 on the opposite side. Somehow all 4 on 1 side were female the other 4 male. Had a decent harvest and the weed was hit or miss. A couple good the others so so.
Last year I knew the strain of 2. Monkey Business and Grandaddy Purps. Grew 4 and the MB and GP were by far the best yield. Wound up with just over 26 ounces and got 40 grams of bubble hash from the clippings. The GP was extremely colorful near the end. The smell was amazing, unless you ask the neighbor lady. She has zero sense of humor or taste, but I digress. Here’s couple pics along with the bubble hash.
