What’s good for pest?

I’ve noticed my plants have some squatters (Thrips) living on them. Everything I’ve checked online says Neem oil. Is this safe use on my babies or are there other options?

i had thrips a few time during summer, spinosad solved it for me

Lost coast plant therapy works pretty well for alot of different ailments from pests to pm. But I think it's a little pricey

Can’t get any spinosad for at least a week out. :(
