Light on temps pushing 90F

hey everyone I have Super lemon haze and gorilla glue I checked on today and noticed temps just over 90 degrees. 4th week of flower and I would assume it’s been this hot for a week or two since I put my sf7000 on 75% power. Any signs of stress you guys see??

Tent: 4x4
Exhaust: 6 inch
Rh: 50% was higher just lowered
Light: spider farmer 7000
Soil: ocean forest 5 gal pots
Nutes: fox farm trio


I’m going to clean fan filter see if it helps circulate more air

Don't look like they have any signs of heat stress to me. I've usually seen it when the leaves start to taco. Times it's happened tents were 95+F.

In the last picture though, possible pest damage on the lower leaves?

I got little brown spots from early I thought maybe wind burn, they were hungry also so I upped nutes. I’ll look into it more.

It does look like wind to me too. I would say if your temp is 90...keep your humidity around 60-65. You look like you have great airflow. I've had my plants at 75F and 60-65% humidity i'm coming to an end of my harvest too. With those parameters they might have issues transpiring.

I should mention.. my leaves had issues transpiring so that's why I upped the humidity. Happened around week 3-4. Im going on 3 months now. No issues with higher humidity.

With the dehumidifier I got it right around 60-65%

Quick question if I mix 5 gallons at 1000 ppm it’s enough to do two waterings, does that mean I’m feeding them 2000 ppm if I water twice a week?

That's a trick question! lol jk i have no idea man I'm guessing no and also probably depends on how much runoff. I have moved to dry amendments.

Playing with fire IMO. Just keep that nute level, CO2 level, and VPD on point. Plants transpiring a lot with ur current VPD.

Do you have oscillating fans or are you running a carbon filter extraction system as your only form of air flow?

If so, it captures a lot of heat between the canopy and the board. I'd be looking to purchase a pair of good oscillating fans. This is what I have:


They work well and can be mounted to move the air between the canopy and the light. If you already have fans moving the air at canopy level, I'd reduce the output on your light to 60-65%. I'm running a 630w NanoLux bar light that has similar specs to the SpiderFarmer board at 66% in a 5' x 5'. It has better coverage of the area and the open area between the bars allows for air to escape. It seems like running that light at 75% might be a bit high for your space.

I have the carbon filter extracting and also a 90 degree rotating fan that reaches close to the top of plants.

Yes that is the light I have, I can drop the light to 65% I knew it was overkill rather be able to dim it I guess lol

I had to lower my sf4000 in flower to 80% for temp reasons. At first I didn’t mind but then about a week in started seeing cupping happen and decided it was pissing them off

I have been leaving my tent flaps open since they have their own bedroom to help but then I am fighting RH more but they are much happier being cooler.
