I just started the flower cycle and today when I bottom feed my plant I saw these little guys in the water. I use distilled water, so it should be in the water. I took the tray out of the tent and will wash it. Can anyone identify these bugs floating around in the water? Are they harmful? Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm growing organic and top feed the nutrients.

Fungus gnats?

Probably springtails. Not really an issue but may mean your watering should be looked at. Some parts of the country have more than others.
I use distilled water from the store. But I'll look into springtails thanks

correct me if i'm wrong but i think homesteader meant your watering habits and not the water.
from what i've read here overwatering can result in springtails.
You are probably right.

I believe they are springtails and I will feed her a little less water during the week. Thanks everyone for the help I appreciate it!
