Room for roots to grow going into flower

Like the title says... do you flip with room for roots to grow ? Will that help with yield? I flipped after 2 months in a 7 gallon fabric pot and it seemed to be filled out....what would happen if I vegged for 2 months and flipped in a 15 gallon.
I really want to get this strain to produce. It looks like spread out anal beads right now.

This is the second grow . First grow it was super stretchy and spaced out.

This time I kept all the larf/branches possible and it didn’t stretch too much. Are those two in correlation?

A lot of that has to do with genetics. But it could be plant specific, depends on the breeder and how much work they put into back crossing the strain before marketing it. Most breeders today do none of this.

I have no clue because it's a bag seed =( hahaa any advice for next round for me

I have not seen removing the lower leaves or branches as a way to prevent stretching. It is possible you created a better environment for grow that was previously limiting the plants ability to thrive. There is a scientific term called limiting factor. It basically means in this case the plant is only going to grow as well as the biggest limiting factor. Environment, Food, Water, Light to name a few.
If you plan on continuing to grow the way I believe you will do your best is to focus on the inputs you can directly control right now. Leave the nutrients for later. Focus on the Temperatures, humidity and general grow room environment. Get that in order while just using a basic nutrient formula like GH trio. I use it on moms but not in flower. Once you have the environment dialed in and as automated as possible start messing around with nutrients if you would like but there is nothing wrong with just basic nutrients.

Sounds good. I appreciate the advice. I do believe my light was closer so maybe that was why. Tbh I don't plan on going back to liquid nutes I just hated it.
