I planted all of them 2 months ago and 2 of them are pretty small but the other one will be to big if I didn’t switch to 12/12 was this a bad idea I switched to 12/12 2 days ago

The good news is they're all going to flower, and you'll get a yield. In future runs, you might try training to get the plants wide and flat instead of tall, and then flip when your canopy covers 50-60% of your tent's footprint. Opinions vary, but that's my way of getting the most yield for my light and available space.

Yh I just didn’t want to try train them yet considering it’s my first grow and I don’t know how to train yet but I’m gonna try it on my next grow

Looks like your soil is to compact, i dont see anything in it for drainage, and the algae grows leads me to think youve been over watering.
For 2 months old they should be much bigger.

You really want something with good aeration and drainage for your next grow.
