If or when to use the blurple lights on set up. Manufacturer has no recommendations that I could find. I want to use it if it is advantageous to my plants well being. I've just been using the full spectrum without the uv/ir.

By IR, I'm assuming this is really FR (far red)? If so:

FR light triggers the formation of the plant hormone that causes flowering, so the idea is to use it when you flip to flower.

UV is thought to cause the plant to produce more THC, and the general idea today seems to be to use it about halfway through flowering until the end.

Well crap, why would they be switched together? 🤔

I wish the phlizon folks were trolling the site and would notice this post. Maybe one of their engineers.

I use a 600w 2 cycle Viperspectra this is bc I run autos and autoflowers luv that blue ir light, if I ran under full spec light it can cause an autoflower to go into flower prematurely and possibly dwarf out affecting the yield, plant has completed her stretch and is in med hevey preflower when the flower fills the mainstem will give a light flush check ph and flip over to the Atami Bloombastic.
