if their at 9 weeks they will be photos not autos, this i am sure of.
looks to me like your drowning them. turn the light down a bit and let them recover. and do not water until the soil is dry dry dry.
if the experts say different then listen to them as i'm fairly new to this.

this is why i always say i'm new at this, i thought when the stems drooped they we're over watered big time.

In my experiences, stems only droop when its dry, leaves will droop and hang when overwatered.

They look like they need life support, not structural support.

What size pot? Soil or coco? Lights on and off temp?

Definitely not autos at 9 weeks, but if were mine I would check ph just to see if it's off, you have allot of bud sites but something is wrong maybe light to close or plants are thirsty? Or waterd to much? Good luck!

15 g pots

I usually use 5 gallon pots and they tend to take 3/4 to 1 gallon per watering.

Another sign of overwatering besides drooping leaves is top leaves starting to yellow. Usually when is nute deficiency it starts yellowing from bottom to top, when its overwatering from top to bottom. Correct me someone if Im wrong.

I noticed that plants seem to use more water after they're flipped. 1 liter of water for a 15-gallon pot isn't enough. I usually use at least a gallon for a 7-gallon pot.

Also, I believe I see some yellowing of the leaves, so the lighting might be too intense.

I think we can narrow it to 3 things
Theyre dry. (I also think that 1 liter is too little water for a 5 gallon pot)
Heat. (OP, do you monitor your temperature? if so tell us so we can discard this one)
Too much light.
