It was a hit and run. All new posts today the exact same. I reported the 3 or 4 and the user is already gone.Hey @kattybrown nice to have you! I see you are new to this forum. A couple of things to make your time here more pleasant.
One, start your own topic when you are advertising your business. It’s actually considered a bit rude to hijack another’s.
Two, no advertising here as a business without the owner’s permission. The others you have no doubt seen doing that, pays a fee each month to be able to do that. Here you have to pay to play.
Once again happy to have you stop by and visit my corner![]()

There is an old saying from a commercial in the mid 70’s I believe. “There will be no wine, before it’s time”. Now, with that said, I have seen people do some crazy stuff in the name of pushing it to ripen. All the way down to giving them ice water!Buenas dias Cannagranny! Oh ok gotcha! I guess we all get distracted from the farm from time to time :D. Finally rained around here and made our roads NOT a dust bowl for once. Stoked to get out and ride after I get some stuff done, gorgeous weather! Gonna be like upper 60's all week. Hope we get more rain, so far its been one of the driest springs in a while.
Im going to run like 69-70F last week or two of flower this next run to try and get some more terps and flavonoids. Maybe just dip your temps lower to urge the girls into ripening quicker?
Hey, CannaGranny, do you mean lower the humidity, when you say knock the hell out of it?There is an old saying from a commercial in the mid 70’s I believe. “There will be no wine, before it’s time”. You have waited this long, what’s a couple weeks? You want double sugar, well knock the hell outta your humidity.
Anyways that’s a strong no on my vote!![]()
I do! Mid way through flower I start cutting it down. Holding it at thirty to thirty five percent.Hey, CannaGranny, do you mean lower the humidity, when you say knock the hell out of it?
You made me turn on a dehue....set to 45%,, My 5x5 is at 46%@77f......my 3x3 @ 66% @ 77f with the Auto Pots & extraction fan on full.....in my veg closet 55% @77f with a humidifier running at my desk here its 56% @ 22c / 72f ......?????. every thing except my desk has different RH% and its tricky to stay on top so that everything is happy....if I can get 55% right through my grows I'm happy and I can live with it. Its not the optimal RH in any stage but it works for all stages.I do! Mid way through flower I start cutting it down. Holding it at thirty to thirty five percent.
Kind of my lights on go to RH 55% and temp 22-24*c.You made me turn on a dehue....set to 45%,, My 5x5 is at 46%@77f......my 3x3 @ 66% @ 77f with the Auto Pots & extraction fan on full.....in my veg closet 55% @77f with a humidifier running at my desk here its 56% @ 22c / 72f ......?????. every thing except my desk has different RH% and its tricky to stay on top so that everything is happy....if I can get 55% right through my grows I'm happy and I can live with it. My plants in veg look the best around 65% but its often unachievable without going through a ton more water and I use RO I buy for humidifiers. At peak time I go through 16 gal a week just trying to keep 55% in my spaces.Kind of my lights on go to RH 55% and temp 22-24*c.
She looks real wet. Give her time. This girl has been stuck like this for over 24hrs you think she’ll come around?View attachment 1956893
There maybe a small thin sheet holding it together with a razor poke between he 2 sides and remove the almost invisible coatingThis girl has been stuck like this for over 24hrs you think she’ll come around?View attachment 1956893
It makes a big difference. An old grower turned me on to this a long time ago. Mid grow, I go low. Those trichs are a natural defense mechanism. Their job is to coat the nucleus of the Bud to protect it. It also works by emitting a smell to ward off animals (terps) I find that being too dry also presents a threat to it as well. That's what s traps are for, take that shit apart and retrieve those fuckers before turning on the water!well, there goes 40% of my outdoor summer grow down the drain!
stupid hard plastic containers the seeds come in sprung back on my short thumbnails and 2 out of 5 seeds fly right into the sink drain.
i'd be pissed off if i wasn't old enough to know not to let small things in life get to you.
2 rules you younger people need to try and live by.
1. don't sweat the small stuff in life as it just gets you angry and/or depressed
2. most all of the problems you face in life are small stuff when you stand back and think about them calmly
oh and wear sunscreen, LOL
