Hi im growing bruce banner on coco coir, ghe 3 part, plant magic cal mag, plant magic platinium pk 9/18 amd ta final part ripen, 2 weeks ago i started with ripen and went half on my nutes than week ago i cuted them offnamd since yesterday its only water i think i could cut her in a week tops she has quite a lot of amber trinch which i could see with naked eye on some of sugar leafs but i havent noticed any on buds themselvs with a 10x scope glass, also week ago i had to place bamboo stics ,how long you guys think left and is she looking to be a good smoke ?

With a loupe or wifi microscope, you can see how much amber there is on the bud trichomes. I look for 10% or more before I chop, but after the trikes are all at least cloudy, it's personal preference.

Hey looks good, you didn't say how many weeks in flower, they look great but don't be too eager to cut. I'm going 11 weeks now on almost everything. They just get harder and thicker the last few weeks but check your trich's then choose when to chop.

Hi sorry i forgot today is 11 weeks and 2 days in flower ,im not really eager i want them to get as dense as possible ,tichomes are milky with amber on some sugar leafs ,just a bit of white pistils left ,think im waiting for that to get brown

Hi ,I got 10 x juwler scope and one 30 x ,its all milky with some amber trichomes on sugar leafs

I used to be a hard ass about not harvesting until all pistils had turned brown and receded. As a result of that, I let a couple grows go a little too long. The buds definitely lost some of their stench and stickiness. I’m not saying to make it a practice of chopping plants with tons of white pistils, but some plants will continue to produce new ones well past the ideal harvest window.
Your plant looks very close and I’d probably watch it for another week.

Thats kinda how i am like ,but i think you are right ,i've read in the past about overriped weed where trichomes from amber turn redish color (at least what the article said) ,and they loose potency ,im checking out trichomes everyday too its like buds themselfs are all milky no amber no clear ,but i can see with a naked eye full out amber on some of sugar leaf's especially on biggest tops,
Also im thinking of taking her down partially ,first biggest buds as they pretty much done lets say next week, and give the bottom like 10-11 days with nutes and 3-4 days for flush as now im on flush since the 25th wonder if that would work ? Quite some of bottom looks undone yet to me
