Friday night after the cleaning & refilling my res my ppm was at 1400 even.

In 24 hours it dropped nearly to 1000.

This morning I was shocked to find it hovering around 620!

I lessened the water cycle schedule & the chiller/air tube had come in so it could be anything or everything combined. Maybe it’s just where they are at? But never have I seen such a big feeding in one go! 400ppm per day for two days straight!

Really curious to see where their readings are in a day since I added more nutes!

* Also the front will look deceptively bigger because I swapped the middle two with the front two to even put the canopy. I do love that about this system, it’s not tough to move the girls.

Went from 1500 to 1200 in just under 36 hours so I’m very pleased! It was definitely a good call lessening the total number of cycles.

Shifting Sojourner made a big difference. She looks decent now!

I love comparing them over time!

Added an expansion of 6 pots and started some new kiddos, but that’s another grow. I’ve moved the DWC to the edges instead.

Swapping to H2O2 sterile over an enzyme based setup has definitely paid off! Sticking with it from here on out.

Smelled some sweet fragrances off the girls. Starting to sparkle & thicken! Going well, knock on wood.

Decided to try to grow some non-drugs (what most people call veggies & herbs) but could not resist popping two cannabis seedlings in there (just to hang out for a week or two ‘til their DWC buckets are ready) It was only a few months ago that the sheer thought of hydro intimidated me beyond consideration - and now here we are!

These seven week beasties! My best friends saw them in person & said they didn’t think they’d be so big in reality! So the pics don’t do them justice I suppose.

Getting concerned for powdery mildew so I’m thinking this pic is the last before a defoliation. Even with a dehumidifier & spreading them out I think won’t do it on its own.

Also I finally got my drill so I will be moving the room around & putting my reservoir outside! Huzzah!

Defoliated all but 4, here’s the best DWC gal!

Finally got everything shuffled around to move the reservoir drum & chiller out of the room! I feel so kickass now.

I’m thinking this is their last week of nutes then a flush next week. Then half should be ready.

Cut the absolute smallest, Ms Vangie, just before lights on today. I know it’s not flushed & finished but this’ll be my sample to try on harvest day; huzzah!

That was aaaaaaay to early to even think about harvesting, those buds haven't even began to swell yet. It looks about a month to early atleast. You can't go by the breeders estimated flowering times, they're trying to sell beans and that time is if every parameter of the grow is dead on. You can see by all the white pistils still poking straight out? That's telling you that your nowhere near being ready yet and still had quite a bit longer to go. Before you chop any of the others down you'll have better luck asking if it looks ready. I just don't want you disappointed in the effects and not want to grow anymore because if you wait it out you will be heavily rewarded in weight and potency. Your doing good, just need to have patience is all. Keep at it, we've all been here too!

I agree with Midwest, looks like all you’ll get from those testers is a chlorophyll headache. The aren’t even halfway through flower and definitely way to early to even think of flushing. Good luck!!👍🏼

Agreed. Way to early.

I suggest you buy a jewelers loupe so you can check trichome development to see when the flowers are ripe. 30/60 Loupes can be had on Amazon for as little as $6.

BTW Flushing is broscience when it comes to end of harvest. The only time flushing is valid is when you need to flush the nutrient out of the soil because you over nuted and need to reset. Flushing is very hard on your plant and will stunt it.

To properly "Flush" your plants you taper your nutrient levels down each week to harvest so that your plant can eat up all the nutrient that is left in the soil and what they've stored in their leaves.

Yellowing leaves at the end of flower is a normal response to senescence that naturally occurs in all perennial plants.

Bro. You are still weeks from harvest. Youve got at least 3 weeks left on those plants. Dont flush, dont harvest, keep feeding and let them finish!

Put the clippers down....

First dried plant weighed in at 32g

Not updating here anymore.
