So I popped seed around March 20th. This year I have some same genetics and trying some new. So far I am getting around 10 ready to be transplanted outdoor around June and the rest indoors. The outdoors plants are gelato dreams, future number 1, HHH, and Carolina number 2 and maybe day breaker if the seedling recover. My indoors are going to be do si do(msnl), GDP(msnl), magnum(msnl), gorilla punch(fastbuds), banana purple punch (FB) and gorilla cookies (FB). I'm not happy with the germ rate with the msnl. Very poor quality in my opinion. Over half the seeds did not pop or germ. No problem with any other genetics or bag seed only msnl.out of 17 seeds only 4 germed. I am using a compost mix for the grow medium. It's 2 parts my compost, 2 parts coast of Maine Stonington blend, 1 part worm castings, 1 part ocean forest, and 3 parts pearlite. I sprinkled Neptune harvest crab and lobster mill at the bottom and surface of each pot. Compared to my previous grows I have noticed a huge difference in how happy and fast my girls are growing. I think I have perfected my soil recipe and don't think I need to adjust anything at this point. They are emerald green and the growth rate is faster than anything before. I will keep updating as I make progress through the grow season. Happy growing!

Looking Great, Im growing Gelato Dream also this year in my outdoor grow. Sorry to hear about your seed problems as i had problems from some Barneys farm Critical kush seeds. I think they were old or something , had that yellowish look. i asked for replacements and those did not germ either. I got one to germ out of 6.

Yeah, I'm going to steer clear of msnl for now. Hopefully the do si do, and magnum are good quality. The GDP I grew before and it was alright. Good for night time. They advertise between 20% to 24% on the two and the GDP 15-19%. I ordered the fast buds seed from north Atlantic seed so fingers crossed I don't get screwed twice. I'll be starting the banana purple punch gorilla cookies and a gorilla punch. Hopefully within a couple of days. I should be able to start harvesting My GDP and Magnums close to Father's Day so that would be an awesome present to me lol

If i may i germinated feb 13 and popped 5 beans total , all 5 popped but i lost one due to it tipping over and soil spilling out. Got my seeds from @QuestionPoint He has a seed bank HomeGrown seed bank somethin like that. Hit him up on the DM he has a nice variety and not only Cannaladies but Fruits n Vegetables too man. I just put mine in flower so got about 8 to 9 weeks left.

I got my fast buds seeds in. I can't choose which strain I want to run. I have gorilla punch, banana purple punch, gorilla cookies and Skywalker. Anyone else grow any of these strains?

My garden is coming along beautiful. I had two males so far. One has the crab claw and the other had balls. I'm going to plant them in the forest. Don't have it in me to kill the males. I will make sure they are far away from my girls. I had a nitrogen deficiency but I'm getting them to green back up. I had to leave for 4 days and my niece only watered them. So it is what it is. I'm getting 3 plants ready to clone and then the rest imma harden off. I lst my indoor plants and both magnums and GDP are in pre flower. The do si do I planted a week or two after the magnum and GDP.

I weeded out the males and confirmed my females. I'm keeping the males around until I see balls. But all males have the crab claw. So I'm just waiting to be 100% sure this time. My autos are coming on strong. The magnum and GDP from msnl are in flower and the magnum is a very skunky girl. The do si do auto will probably be in first week of flower in about a week and a half. The banana purple punch is about 4 weeks behind. I clipped 12 clones off of my confirmed girls. I'm trying to harden off the confirmed girls. I'm doing it a few weeks early this year. I think the weather will hold out.

I'm growing skywalker
How is the grow going? is your Skywalker a easy plant or a hungry plant? And any tips on this particular pheno? I know they all carry different traits. I haven't had any difficulty with any plants except last years Bruce banner. I planned on starting the skywalker after I harvest my magnums and GDP, which is around father's day.

Kill the males, you may move them far enough away so they can't pollinate your girls both they may get somebodies else's girls you don't know about. Not cool!
Plants look great!

I considered that but the forest is over 800 acre and absolutely no one lives with in the forest and no one around me grows in the forest. But on the other hand I did consider moving them to an isolated area and collect pollen for breeding purposes. I just don't like killing off something I put a lot of energy and time in.

very very easy, mine is a skywalker OG auto. I accidently broke one of the main stalks right when it started flowering and she didn't skip a beat! just adjusted and did it's thing!

Love green healthy plants. These pics are 17 days apart. I have pinched all tops 3 times and that has slowed it a bit.

Glad to see, I am not the only one who vegs plants on the floor. Looking good southern uncle!

I don't see why it's not more common. In my personal opinion, those plants are destined to go outside. I started them in the tent and then I took them out and put them on the floor with the simple grow light just for veg. I see a lot of people going all out. And they don't realize that all you need is a simple grow light with enough lumens to keep the plant healthy. You don't need a tent. You just need that light for veg until you harden them off and take them outside. Now my autos or my indoor grows. I keep in the tent for a simple fact. I'm trying to get as much as I can out of it. But yeah the outdoors they don't need nothing specials as long as they got a good light and they're healthy. All you need till you put them out.

Agree 100%. I was really impressed with the results. All of mine are going outdoors also.

In the wind the pollen can travel. I get only female seeds to avoid it.

Vegged about 23 of them on the floor with a couple of lights. Easy, effective, and cheap!
