Made about 30-35 snips on her on total tonight. Yesterday made about 20 snips. Trying to keep her more tidy up than my bigger plant. How does she look? Did i do to much?

i would like another persons view myself

I can’t see how it’s helpful to take that much of a auto or to take anything of a auto

I have heard of folks topping autos so I may have a lot to learn about automatics myself

I experimented with the defoliation on this one since i kinda let my bigger girl grow wildly lol she seems happy honestly nothing is slowing down shes grown rapidly after doing it actually. I even topped her a few weeks ago and she took that like a champ. 🤷‍♂️ we will see how she grows up and fills out.

I read a newsletter concerning a training method utilizing 2 strategic major defoliations. One at pre-flower and another 3 weeks into flower. Reasons given: to remove big fan leaves that block light to bud sites early in the flowering stage, improve plant structure, increase airflow and enhance bud development. I have two autos going that are in the time frame so I did a major fan removal on both and like what I see 4 days later. I Lst my autos big time to open the plant up, but didn't realize what open meant until I removed all big fans.

I read something similar to what you had mentioned. I did one defoliation during this plants veg life and i did some more a couple days after i seen her really start preflower. I really crank down on my LST also even though shes an auto she seems to take it. Im like you after defoliating her again she seems even happier.

P.s i topped her at when she was at her 5th node and it didnt slow her down.

The plants very healthy and bushy, very even canopy etc. If this was a photo and you could veg for another week, it would be a very nice plant, but the plant looks 2 weeks in flower so the crop size will be on the low side sorry fellow.

Ive been working my ass off to keep the canopy level. But you think so about the yeild? it seems to be doing just as good if not better than my big girl which is 2 weeks ahead of the one i posted up top. My big gal is starting to fill in nicely with buds it seems also. This one is her older sister. They both started to preflower around the same time. And my older girl stretched out alot through her preflower phase.

Sorry donie67
You have done a really good job at training the plant, you asked, "How does she look? Did i do to much?"
So i gave you my honest opinion.
